Every system your hotel runs, finally in one place.

Hotelink connects your PMS, point of sale, sales, operations and revenue tools into a warehouse we run for you. Your team builds the dashboards and apps it needs on top, without a data team.

Your hotel already has the answers, they’re just spread across twelve logins.

Reservations live in the PMS; covers and checks live in the POS. Events live in the sales system, tickets in the maintenance tool, rates in the revenue system. Each system has its own reports, but none of them talk to each other. Large brands solve this with a high-tech data team and an expensive warehouse. Independent and mid-size hotels end up manually exporting spreadsheets every Monday and hoping they’ll get through Friday.

A warehouse, a builder, and yes, an open door for AI.

Three layers that work together, run by us, owned by you.

A managed hotel data warehouse

  • Integration across different systems
  • History kept as your systems change

Build your own apps and dashboards

  • Ask questions in plain English
  • Turn any answer into a saved dashboard
  • Publish apps your whole team can use

Direct access for your AI tools

  • Works with every major AI assistant
  • Scoped to the people and properties you allow
  • One source of truth for people and agents

Questions you can only answer with everything in one place.

Each of these needs data from two or more systems. With Hotelink they take a sentence instead of a week.

ReviewsMaintenance

Do guest review scores move with open maintenance tickets?

Line up review sentiment against ticket volume by week and room type to see where engineering time pays off.

SalesPOS

Which group events actually lift outlet revenue?

Match event calendars against restaurant and bar checks to see which groups spend on property and which don't.

PMSRevenue

Where is pickup running ahead of the forecast?

Compare on-the-books against your revenue system's forecast by segment, so rate moves start from the same numbers.

PMSPOS

How much do in-house guests spend in our outlets?

Tie room folios to restaurant and bar checks to see food and beverage spend per occupied room by segment and season.

PMSPOS

Which comps and voids need a second look?

Reconcile folio postings with POS checks so the night audit catches exceptions instead of hunting for them.

PMSCRM

Who are our most valuable repeat guests?

Join stays, spend and contact history into one guest view that sales and the front desk both trust.

Turn your quarterly performance review into a daily conversation. With Hotelink, you can see everything that’s happening, right as it happens, so you can act on developments immediately instead of learning from them months later.

Built for the hospitality stack.

These are the systems Proper Hospitality runs across its hotels, already flowing into one warehouse. Running something else? Any system that can export a file works on day one, and we’re always adding more.

Shaped inside Proper Hospitality.

Hotelink is built with Proper Hospitality, the team behind Proper Hotels, Avalon Hotels and Hotel June. Founders Brad Korzen and Brian De Lowe are Hotelink's founding partners, and the platform was shaped against the questions their operators ask every day.

Read-only connections

Hotelink reads from your systems. It never writes back to your PMS, POS or any other source.

You approve every field

Nothing imports until someone on your team reviews it, so sensitive fields stay where they are.

Named users and roles

Everyone signs in as themselves. Access is scoped by property and by person.

No lock-in

Your warehouse is yours. Export any table, any time, in standard formats.

Common questions.

Do we need a data team or our own warehouse?

No. Hotelink runs the warehouse and the connections for you. Your team works in the Hotelink workspace, in plain English, without writing SQL.

Who is Hotelink for?

Independent and mid-size hotels and small groups that run several systems but don't have the analytics team a large brand would. It works for a single property and for a portfolio.

How long does setup take?

Most systems connect in a session with read-only credentials. Reviewing fields and building your first dashboards usually happens in the first few weeks, alongside us.

What happens to the reports our systems already have?

Keep them. Hotelink adds the views that need more than one system, and the ones your vendors don't offer.

Can we use our own AI tools with it?

Yes. Hotelink exposes your warehouse over the Model Context Protocol, so MCP-compatible assistants can read your data with the same permissions you set for your team.
